Thank you for supporting Kennedy & Ko! We take great care in preparing and packaging your baked goods to ensure they arrive fresh and in perfect condition.

Processing Time:

All orders are made to order. Please allow 2–4 business days for processing before your order ships. During holidays or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. 

Shipping Days:

Orders are shipped Monday through Wednesday to prevent delays and ensure freshness. We do not ship on Thursdays or Fridays to avoid packages sitting in transit over the weekend.

Shipping Methods:

We ship via trusted carriers such as UPS and FedEx. Shipping is a flat rate of $15.

We recommend selecting expedited shipping for the best quality and freshness.

Delivery Time:

Delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. Once shipped, most orders arrive within 1–3 business days.

Please note that Kennedy & Ko is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout

Shipping Address Accuracy:

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees will apply

Warm Weather Disclaimer:

During warmer months, we may include insulation or ice packs when necessary. However, Kennedy & Ko is not responsible for minor melting due to transit conditions. We strongly recommend expedited shipping during hot weather.

Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our baked goods, all sales are final and non-refundable. This includes all cookie boxes, treat boxes, cakes, and other baked items.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged. Our boxes are prepared fresh and ingredients are purchased specifically for each order.

If there is an issue with your order (such as receiving the wrong item or damage during delivery), please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with your order number and photos of the issue so we can review and assist you.

By placing an order with us, you agree to this no-refund policy.

Damaged Packages:

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at Kennedy.ko110@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the packaging and products

We will review each case individually and work toward a resolution.
